The short version
EduKit is built so that there is nothing to collect. We hold no personal records, no student data, and no school or university data of any kind. Every calculator runs entirely in your web browser, using only the numbers and dates you type into it. Those inputs are never uploaded, never transmitted to us, and never stored — they disappear when you close the tab.
Information we collect
Tool inputs: none. Marks, dates of birth, attendance figures, and every other value you enter stay on your device. We could not look them up later if we wanted to — there is no database for them to be in.
Accounts: EduKit has none. There is nothing to sign up for and no profile to hold data.
Contact form: the form composes a message on your device. It is sent only if you choose to send it yourself, through your own email app or by pasting the copied text.
Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) may keep basic technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to run and secure the site. These logs contain no calculator inputs.
No records, by design
Some pages on this site sound like record-keeping — a "result checker", a "school age calculator". They are calculators, not records. The Result & Grade Checker works only on marks you type in yourself; it is not connected to any school, examination board, or university and cannot retrieve anyone's official result. The School Age Calculator uses a birth date you enter to do one piece of arithmetic on your device; the date is not saved, shared, or sent anywhere.
Cookies
EduKit does not set advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.
Children
EduKit's tools are designed to be safe for family use precisely because they collect nothing: a child using the fraction calculator sends us exactly as much information as an adult does — none.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the technical log data described above under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone — we have none to share.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. The no-records rule above is a design commitment, not a setting we intend to revisit.
